Jordan McInerney

EVP, Growth and Network Strategies

Jordan McInerney is HOPCo’s Executive Vice President of Growth & Network Strategies, responsible for leading a national team of value-based care experts and developing industry, provider and facility partnerships to further HOPCo’s growth strategies.

Jordan is an experienced leader in the medical device industry with expertise in healthcare operations, management consulting and business development. Prior to joining HOPCo, Jordan spent 8 years with Stryker as a leader in the Performance Solutions division, focused on surgeon alignment through musculoskeletal value-based care strategies. While at Stryker, Jordan was key architect of Stryker’s bundled payment convener business, one of the largest conveners of musculoskeletal risk in the BPCI program. Jordan oversaw the development of the bundled payment software platforms, managed strategic accounts and executed sales strategies. He regularly advised executive leadership at Stryker on health policy and industry trends that impacted the implant and robotics business. Jordan has spoken at many national webinars and conferences as well as published peer reviewed research on orthopedic value-based care models. Jordan completed a Master of Health Administration at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the Management Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.

Jordan resides in Asheville, NC and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, biking and hiking in the beautiful blue ridge mountains.
