Breanna Zieder RN, BSN
Director Value-Based Care
Breanna Zieder is the Director of Value-Based Care at HOPCo, where she oversees the management, support, and ongoing enhancement of HOPCo’s groundbreaking Value-Based Care Programs. Her journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence. Breanna started as a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2007, and she steadily advanced within Banner Health, assuming the position of Orthopedic Nurse by 2010 and later serving as an Orthopedic Nurse Navigator across three large urban acute care facilities from 2013 to 2024. Her tenure at Banner Health included significant contributions to the growth of orthopedic programs and the optimization of elective total joint patient care. Throughout her career, Breanna has garnered accolades, including the Banner Best Award in the category of Operations for system Total Joint strategic initiatives, recognition as a Clinical Expert Registered Nurse for Orthopedics, and acknowledgment as the system’s lead Orthopedic Nurse Navigator.
In June 2024, Breanna joined HOPCo to expand her reach and make an even more significant impact on orthopedic patient care with her expertise. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University and is pursuing a master’s degree in Nurse Administration, which she is confidently set to complete in December 2024. In addition to her impressive credentials, Breanna is a certified Orthopaedic Nurse and an active member of the National Association of Orthopaedic Nurses.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Breanna resides in Peoria, Arizona, with her husband, Kyle, and their two children, Shay and Declan. With her husband, an Engineer at the City of Glendale Fire Department, Breanna embraces her passion for outdoor activities, attending kids’ sporting events, gardening, paddleboarding, and traveling, all while cherishing quality time with family and friends in nature.
